  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar (omit and add a little salt if sweet pie crust is not desired)
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Blend vinegar and egg in cold water.

    Mix with flour, sugar (salt) and Crisco.

    Chill one hour in refrigerator.

    Roll dough to desired thickness.
