- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
Directions

1With fork, mix first 4 ingredients.

2In a small bowl, beat 1/2 cup water and remaining ingredients.

3Add to first mixture and blend until dry ingredients are moistened.

4With hands, mold dough in a ball and chill 15 minutes.

5Makes 2 double crust 9-inch pies and 1 (9-inch) shell.
