- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 3/4 c. diced bell pepper
- 3/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1 (15 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can garden peas
- 1 jar diced pimento pepper
Directions

1Mix together sugar, vinegar, oil and water.

2Bring to a boil. Cool a few minutes.

3Drain the beans, peas and corn.

4Add celery, onions and bell pepper.

5Toss together to mix.

6Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables.

7Refrigerate overnight and stir occasionally.

8This keeps several days in refrigerator.
