- 4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 large egg
Directions

1Mix together first 4 ingredients until crumbly.

2Beat together water, vinegar and egg and combine with first mixture.

3Divide dough into 5 portions.

4Shape into balls.

5Wrap each in waxed paper for at least 1/2 hour.

6Flour board and roll out.

7Can be left in refrigerator up to 3 days or can be frozen to use later.
