- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and salt in large bowl.

2Using pastry blender or two knives, cut in the Crisco.

3Mix water, egg and vinegar, beating slightly with a fork; add to flour mixture.

4Stir with fork until dough forms a ball.

5Divide into four equal portions; wrap in plastic wrap.

6Place in refrigerator to chill before rolling out.

7Makes 2 double crusts.
