- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- water
- 5 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. shortening
Directions

1Break egg into a cup and beat.

2Add vinegar and enough water to fill the cup. Sift flour with salt; cut shortening into flour until it forms pea size particles. Add liquid and mix well.

3Roll out dough (one crust at a time) on lightly floured surface.

4Makes 5 to 6 single pie crusts.

5Keeps for days refrigerated.
