- 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
Directions

1Blend cornmeal, milk and sour cream together.

2Set aside for 30 minutes.

3Add beaten egg to mixture.

4Blend dry ingredients into batter, just until smooth.

5Add bacon.

6Bake at 400° in greased and floured pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
