- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and salt, then cut in Crisco until about like coarse meal.

2Add water, vinegar and egg to flour mixture; mix until easy to handle.

3Roll out needed amount.

4Store unused dough in airtight container.

5This will keep well in refrigerator for about a week.

6It can also be frozen.

7Let come to room temperature before using.
