  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Cut shortening into flour and salt.

    Combine water, vinegar and egg.

    Pour liquid into flour mixture and blend.

    Roll out.

    Bake crust at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Makes 2 double crusts or 4 singles.
