  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. shortening
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Mix together 1 egg in 1/2 cup water and vinegar. Mix flour, salt and sugar together and cut in shortening. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture. Makes 2 double crust pies.
