- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg, well beaten
Directions

1Cut shortening into flour, sugar and salt.

2Combine egg, water and vinegar.

3Pour liquid into flour mixture all at once.

4Blend with a spoon just until flour is moistened.

5This is an easy crust to handle and can be re-rolled without toughening.

6Keeps in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.

7Makes 2 crusts or 1 top and 1 bottom.
