- 1 lb shortening
- 5 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 egg (medium)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup water, Cold
Directions

1Beat egg in measuring cup.

2Add cold water to measure 1 cup.

3Add 1 tbsp vinegar.

4Put dry ingredients in processor.

5Add liquid, about 1/4 cup while processing til mixture forms a lump.

6Let rest for 30 minutes or more. Make pie crusts as usual.

7I usually roll out on plastic wrap.
