- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. lard
- 1 egg (well beaten)
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Measure flour and salt in a bowl.

2Cut lard into flour until particles are the size of peas.

3In a separate bowl, beat egg, add water and vinegar.

4Add to your flour mixture and toss lightly until mixture is dampened.

5Divide into 4 parts and make into balls.

6Roll out and put in pie pan.

7Fill with your favorite fruit.

8makes 2 - 9 inch pies.
