- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ginger
- dash of nutmeg
- 2 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shells
Directions

1Mix eggs, sugar and pumpkin in large bowl.

2Slowly add milk and dry ingredients.

3Pour into pie crusts.

4Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

6Cool. Garnish, if desired, with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
