Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before stirring.

2Add 2 cups flour and all other ingredients with electric mixer.

3Blend at low speed then beat 2 minutes.

4Mix in other 2 cups flour by hand.

5Cover and let stand until double. Takes 30 to 40 minutes.

6Stir batter down to deflate.

7Roll out and cut.

8Let rise again.

9Brush tops with oil.

10Bake at 425° until done.
