- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Beat water, sugar, yeast, 2 cups flour and salt until smooth. Add eggs, oil and 4 1/2 cups flour.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Let rise 40 minutes.

4Punch down.

5Knead on floured board.

6Shape into rolls. Let rise 40 minutes.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

8Butter tops. These may be frozen and keep well.
