- 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add sugar, eggs, flour and salt. Stir and beat 1 minute.

3Add 4 to 4 1/2 cups flour to make a soft dough.

4Knead and let rise until double.

5Make out into rolls. Cover and let rise.

6Bake at 375°.
