Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 to 4 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Add sugar, eggs, flour and salt. Stir and beat 1 minute.

    Add 4 to 4 1/2 cups flour to make a soft dough.

    Knead and let rise until double.

    Make out into rolls. Cover and let rise.

    Bake at 375°.
