- 6 to 7 yellow summer squash
- approximately 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- couple eggs, beaten
- bread crumbs
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Wash and cut off ends of squash.

2Slice and boil along with chopped onion for about 30 to 45 minutes or until done; strain. Put cooked squash and onions in mixing bowl.

3Add butter, salt and pepper, beaten eggs, bread crumbs and dash of Worcestershire sauce; mix well.

4Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
