- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. melted shortening
- 1 c. lukewarm milk
- 3 c. flour
- 2 beaten eggs
Directions

1Soften yeast in lukewarm milk.

2Add sugar and 1/2 cup flour. Cover and let stand in warm place until bubbly.

3Add salt, eggs, shortening and remaining flour.

4Let rise until double.

5Roll out and cut.

6Place in greased pan with sides touching.

7Let rise until double.

8Bake at 350° until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
