- 1 loaf day old French bread
- 1 qt. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. half and half cream
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. white raisins
Directions

1Cube and soak bread in milk and half and half.

2Crush with hands until well mixed.

3Then add eggs, sugar, vanilla and raisins and stir well.

4Pour melted margarine in bottom of thick baking pan and bake at 350° until firm.

5Let cool.

6Cube to serve and put into individual serving dishes.

7Serve with hot Rum or Whiskey Sauce.
