  • 2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 c. cooked any leftover meat (turkey, ham, roast, tuna)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. cheese, cut in cubes
  • pimento, green pepper (optional)
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Directions

    Mix all together.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or 6 to 12 hours.

    Bake covered at 350° for 1 hour.

    Take cover off last few minutes.

    (Can be cut in half for smaller families.)
