  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 2 cup rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cup coconut cream
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Whisk ingredients together, ensuring there is no lumps.

    Prepare steamer, and container that would mould the kueh.

    Pour one layer and allow the kueh to steam for 5 minutes.

    Repeat for the next 7 layers, allowing each layer to steam for 5 minutes.

    Pour the last layer and allow to steam for 15 mins.

    Wait for kueh to cool, before serving.
