No Bake Banana Split Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 to 5 bananas
  • 9 oz. bowl Cool Whip
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 large (No. 2) can (Dole) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers.

    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat other stick of margarine and 1 cup sugar until fluffy.

    Add eggs, one at a time and beat for 5 minutes.

    Add 1 tablespoon vanilla and beat. Smooth over crumbs in pan.

    Drain pineapple and spread over topping.

    Slice bananas and add to top of pineapple.

    Cover with Cool Whip, add 1/4 crushed wafers and then add chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
