- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 c. shredded coconut (optional)
Directions

1Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in a large pan.

3Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

4Remove pan from heat.

5Add peanut butter and vanilla.

6Mix well.
-
7Stir in oats and coconut.

8Spread in pan. Refrigerate until set.

9Cut into bars.
-
10Store in refrigerator.
