  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
  • 12 tart shells
  • canned pie filling (blueberry, cherry or pineapple) or fresh fruit (strawberries or blueberries)

Directions

    Cream softened cream cheese with confectioners sugar.

    Whip heavy cream, adding vanilla to mixture.

    Add whipped cream to cream cheese mixture until smooth and blended well.

    Spoon mixture into prepared shells.

    Top with canned pie filling.
