No Bake Marshmallow Bars

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter flavored Crisco
  • 1/2 to 1 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1 lb. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Combine chocolate chips, margarine and peanut butter in heavy saucepan.

    Put on low heat and melt.
  3. 3
    Cool partly so marshmallows don't melt.
  4. 4
    Add marshmallows and stir until all are covered.
  5. 5
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan or cookie sheet and place in refrigerator.

    When cold, cut into bars and store in refrigerator or cool place.
