No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars(Sugar-Free)

  • 2 c. uncooked quick oats
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine (1/2 stick)
  • 1/2 c. skimmed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • lo-cal sweetener to equal 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. dark seedless raisins

Directions

    In skillet over low heat, toast oats until browned, stirring. In a large bowl with mixer at medium, beat peanut butter and margarine until smooth, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula.

    Gradually beat in milk, vanilla and sweetener until mixed.

    Stir in raisins and oats.

    Spread mixture evenly into a 9 x 9-inch pan.

    Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.

    Cut into 24 bars.

    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
