- 2 c. uncooked quick oats
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp. margarine (1/2 stick)
- 1/2 c. skimmed milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- lo-cal sweetener to equal 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. dark seedless raisins
Directions

1In skillet over low heat, toast oats until browned, stirring. In a large bowl with mixer at medium, beat peanut butter and margarine until smooth, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula.

2Gradually beat in milk, vanilla and sweetener until mixed.

3Stir in raisins and oats.

4Spread mixture evenly into a 9 x 9-inch pan.

5Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.

6Cut into 24 bars.

7Store, covered, in refrigerator.
