  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup pure peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp pure honey
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

    Mix all in mixing bowl, texture will be crumbly and moist.

    Place in pan pat down cut into desired size (normally this recipe would be for 12 protein bars) place in refrigerator for about 20 min.

    Post workout snack.
