  • 1/4 cup cherries frozen pitted unsweetened, or raspberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Directions
