No Bake Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. vanilla wafers
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. light rum
  • 3 Tbsp. light cornstarch
  • 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Roll vanilla wafers very fine.

    Add all of remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  3. 3
    Coat hands with powdered sugar and roll dough into small balls.

    Roll in powdered sugar. Store in tightly sealed container.

    These keep several weeks. Makes 40 small cookies.
