  • 2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 3/4 c. cold milk
  • 1 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • toasted coconut

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mixes, milk and coconut extract on low speed until combined.

    Beat on high for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and coconut.

    Pour into crust.

    Sprinkle with coconut that has been toasted.

    Chill until serving time. Refrigerate leftovers.
