- 3/4 c. pitted dried prunes
- 3/4 c. pitted whole dates
- 1/2 c. dried apricots
- 1/2 c. blanched whole almonds
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 tsp. honey or molasses
- 1 1/4 c. coconut
Directions

1Using a food processor or food grinder with a coarse blade, grind together dried prunes, whole dates, dried apricots, almonds and raisins.

2Turn ground mixture into a mixing bowl and add frozen orange juice concentrate and honey or molasses.

3Stir until well combined.

4Shape mixture into balls and roll in coconut. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.

5Yields 36 balls.
