- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- few drops yellow food coloring
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Combine milk, lemon juice and food color; blend well.

2In small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff but not dry.

3Gently fold into lemon mixture.

4Pour into pie crust. Top with Cool Whip.
