- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
- 3 egg whites
- 20 vanilla wafers
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Chop fine or grind pecans.

2Crumble wafers.

3Mix them well with sugar.

4Beat egg whites until stiff (peaks).

5Add to dry ingredients; mix well.

6Add vanilla.

7Pour mixture into well buttered glass pie pan.

8Cook in a preheated 350° oven for 25 or 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
