  • 2 c. White Lily buttermilk cornbread mix
  • 3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

    Add oil, eggs, buttermilk and onion, if desired.

    Bake in greased skillet in preheated oven at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes (until golden brown).
