  • 2 large chicken breasts, skinned and halved
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. dry white wine
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. bouillon granules
  • dash white pepper

    Cut chicken

    in slices about 1/2-inch wide and 2-inches long. Combine flour and salt.

    Dip chicken into flour mixture to coat. In skillet

    chicken pieces in hot butter or margarine, stirring

    and turning, until lightly browned, about 2 or 3 minutes.
