- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. bouillon granules
- dash white pepper
Directions

1Cut chicken

2in slices about 1/2-inch wide and 2-inches long. Combine flour and salt.

3Dip chicken into flour mixture to coat. In skillet

5chicken pieces in hot butter or margarine, stirring

6and turning, until lightly browned, about 2 or 3 minutes.

7Add wine, lemon juice, bouillon granules and pepper. Cook
