- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in medium size bowl.

2Add milk, cooking oil and egg; mix with spoon until blended.

3Batter will be lumpy.

4Put small amount of cooking oil on a paper towel and wipe skillet.

5Turn burner on high and heat skillet until a drop of water dances.

6Turn fire down to medium.

7Pour small amount of batter into skillet.
-
8Cook on medium until bubbles form and pop. Turn and cook until light brown.

9Serve hot.
