  • 1 can black-eyed peas, drained
  • 1 can white hominy, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced mild chilies
  • 1 c. mild salsa or picante sauce
  • 1 c. chopped red onion
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
