  • 15 oz. can white beans
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/3 c. fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
