- 4 ounces minute maid premium lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cups sugar (I use splenda)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender; blend 3 minutes or until smooth.

2Add butter; blend 30 seconds.

3Pour into pastry shell.

4Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
