  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Pace mild picante sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella or fancy pizza cheese
  • 6 (10 in.) flour tortillas
  • toppings: sour cream, olives, peppers, tomatoes

Directions

    Combine picante sauce and beans, put aside.

    Spray a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish with Pam.
  3. 3
    Spoon bean mixture in middle of tortilla, sprinkle with cheese.

    Fold tortillas and place seam side down in dish.
  5. 5
    Bake in tightly covered dish (I use aluminum foil) for about 15 minutes on 400°.

    Serve immediately with toppings.
