- 1 (7 oz.) jar Pace mild picante sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 2 c. grated Mozzarella or fancy pizza cheese
- 6 (10 in.) flour tortillas
- toppings: sour cream, olives, peppers, tomatoes
Directions

1Combine picante sauce and beans, put aside.

2Spray a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish with Pam.

3Spoon bean mixture in middle of tortilla, sprinkle with cheese.

4Fold tortillas and place seam side down in dish.

5Bake in tightly covered dish (I use aluminum foil) for about 15 minutes on 400°.

6Serve immediately with toppings.
