- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 14-12 cup quinoa, flakes
- 1 cup walnuts, finely ground
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vegan worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Oil a baking sheet.

3In a blender, blend onions, water and flax meal until frothy.

4In a large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.

5Add onion mixture to other ingredients in bowl and mix well to blend, adding more quinoa flakes if mixture is too wet.

6Shape into balls 1-inch in diameter and place on oiled baking sheet.

7Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, turning once.
