- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter Crisco
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients into pie plate.

2Heat Crisco and water until Crisco is melted.

3Add vinegar.

4Add to dry ingredients. Mix with fork until well moistened.

5Remove a small amount (walnut size).

6Press into bottom and sides of dish.

7Flute edges.

8Prick with fork.

9If making more than one, mix completely

10separate. Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
