  • 113 grams mushrooms
  • 1 diced roma tomato
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 diced onion
  • 100 grams diced green bell pepper
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 diced green onion

Directions

    Grease skillet with cooking spray.

    Gather all ingredients & dice the onion, green pepper, green onion, & tomato.

    Add all diced ingredients to the greased skillet along with mushrooms, garlic, salt, & pepper.

    Place skillet on stove over a medium heat & saute.

    Scramble 4 eggs in a bowl in the meantime.

    When ingredients are lightly browned & sauteed pour in the scrambled eggs.

    Keep flipping so it doesn't burn.

    When the eggs are fully cooked transfer to a plate & enjoy!

    (Would be even more delicious to add low fat mozzarella cheese on top afterwards!)
