- 113 grams mushrooms
- 1 diced roma tomato
- 4 scrambled eggs
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 diced onion
- 100 grams diced green bell pepper
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 diced green onion
Directions

1Grease skillet with cooking spray.

2Gather all ingredients & dice the onion, green pepper, green onion, & tomato.

3Add all diced ingredients to the greased skillet along with mushrooms, garlic, salt, & pepper.

4Place skillet on stove over a medium heat & saute.

5Scramble 4 eggs in a bowl in the meantime.

6When ingredients are lightly browned & sauteed pour in the scrambled eggs.

7Keep flipping so it doesn't burn.

8When the eggs are fully cooked transfer to a plate & enjoy!

9(Would be even more delicious to add low fat mozzarella cheese on top afterwards!)
