  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 pkg. broad or extra broad noodles
  • American cheese slices
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • ketchup
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil egg noodles.

    Brown ground chuck and onion together. When meat is brown and onion is wilted, add tomato soup.

    Fill soup can 1/2 full of ketchup and rest of can with water.

    Add to meat mixture.

    When noodles are cooked, drain and add to meat mixture.

    Mix together and add salt and pepper to taste.
