- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 small yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large pot combine the celery, squash, broccoli florets, onion and chicken broth.

2Cover and bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

4Meanwhile, prepare the pasta according to package directions and set aside.

5Stir the milk, cheese, salt and pepper into the vegetable mixture.

6Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes until thoroughly heated.
