- 16 oz. wide egg noodles
- 8 oz. margarine or butter
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Boil egg noodles in salted water until tender.

2Drain and rinse in hot water.

3Add margarine and set aside.

4Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, fruit cocktail and raisins.

5Add noodles to this mixture and stir.

6Pour into baking dish.

7Bake, uncovered, in 375° oven until set, about 1 hour.
