- 8 oz. egg noodles (medium width)
- 3 eggs
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 jar peach preserves
Directions

1Use firm ripe apples.

2Core apples, peel and slice.

3Measure apples; add equal amount of cider.

4Simmer apples until soft. Press through sieve, measure and add 1/2 as much sugar.

5Bring to a boil.

6Boil, stirring frequently, until thick.

7Pour into Mason jars and fasten covers at once. If desired, add cinnamon and nutmeg.
