- 1/2 lb. broad noodles
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook noodles according to directions.

2Drain.

3Preheat oven to 350°.

4Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

5Combine the remaining ingredients except the crumbs and fold in the egg whites.

6Transfer to a greased 1-quart souffle dish and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

7Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
