- 1 pkg. frozen or canned peas
- 1 small can water chestnuts
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 small chopped green pepper
Directions

1Simmer margarine, onion, celery and pepper.

2Cook frozen peas or drain canned peas.

3Mix with onion, celery and pepper mixture; add chestnuts, soup and pimento.

4Pour into casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

6Sprinkle with potato chips or Ritz cracker crumbs.
